Also called GHK-Cu (GHK for the  three amino acids – glycine, histidine & lysine & Cu for copper). Copper Tripeptide 1 both inhibits and breaks down scar collagen. Yje benefit of this peptide when microchanneling or nanochanneling is it’s effect on breaking down scars and wrinkles, while facilitating production of better quality collagen.

Whenever we injure, or simulate injury to rejuvenate the skin, we are stimulating collagen production along with production of other key structures in the skin  including elastin, glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans. Copper Tripeptide 1 facilitates production of these as well as providing a significant antioxidant effect by stimulating superoxide dismutase and inhibiting the release of oxidizing iron.
